Business Operations and Systems
Process design, automation, and the metrics that prove it works.
We map your operation end-to-end, find the breaks, and redesign the workflow so every handoff has an owner and a measurable output. Systems plus execution, not just slides. The output is a running operation, not a deck.

Business Operations and Systems questions
How is this different from management consulting?
We don't leave a deck. We instrument the workflow, automate what we can, and measure what we promised. The deliverable is the running system, not the recommendation. Consultants tell you what to do. We do it with you and stay until the numbers move.
What does a typical business operations engagement look like?
Two weeks of diagnostic shadowing across the operation, two to four weeks of redesign with the team that owns the work, then six to twelve weeks of implementation alongside daily operations. We operate with the team for at least one quarter after rollout so we can measure the change against a clean baseline.
Which industries do you focus on for operations work?
Transportation, hospitality, and e-commerce, plus the operations layer of any business with high-frequency handoffs (services, retail, logistics-adjacent). We avoid pure SaaS and pure professional services where the operation is mostly knowledge work.
Do you replace our existing tools?
Rarely. We work with whatever the team already uses (Slack, Notion, spreadsheets, ERPs) and add the integration layer that makes them behave like one system. We replace tools only when the existing one is the bottleneck and the team agrees.
